Hi, I am Misty and welcome to the Break Up With The Booze Starter Kit! I created this kit for people just like me. I struggled with my relationship with alcohol for 10 years. Drinking is just what I and everyone I knew did for fun. And yes, I had alot of fun in those 10 years. But, I often drank more than I intended to and would wake up the next morning feeling embarrassed and ashamed.
